how to Make sure our emails are reaching you


Having trouble receiving CATTLEUSA DRIVE? Email service providers are always trying to protect their users from low quality and spam content, and sometimes filter out good emails by mistake. To prevent this, it may be helpful to add us as a contact, or to your safe senders list.

Below are some tips you can follow, separated by service provider, to help our emails make it to your inbox.

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. In the top right, click the gear icon ⚙️ and choose See all settings.
  3. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  4. Click Create a new filter.
  5. In the From field, enter our email address: [email protected]
  6. Click Create filter.
  7. Check Never send it to Spam.
  8. Click Create filter again.

✅ Tip: You can also drag our email from the Promotions tab to the Primary tab.

iCloud Mail / Apple Mail

On iPhone/iPad (Mail App):

  1. Open the email from us.
  2. Tap the sender’s name at the top.
  3. Tap Add to Contacts.

On Mac (Apple Mail):

  1. Open the email from us.
  2. Right-click the sender's email address.
  3. Choose Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs.

AOL Mail

  1. Log in to AOL Mail.
  2. Open an email from us.
  3. Click our email address.
  4. Choose Add Contact.
  5. Click Add Contact again to confirm.

Outlook (Outlook.com / Hotmail / Live / MSN)

  1. Log in to Outlook.com.
  2. Click the Settings gear ⚙️ in the top-right.
  3. Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
  4. Go to Mail > Junk email.
  5. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
  6. Enter our email: [email protected] and click Save.

Yahoo! Mail

  1. Log in to Yahoo! Mail.
  2. Open an email from us.
  3. Hover over our sender name and click Add to contacts.
  4. Fill in any details and click Save.
