Sure glad we've cleaned up all the hard boiled eggs left over from Easter. I don't think the bathroom could take much more abuse in my house. Speaking of abuse, as of 3:05 pm writing this letter, I've heard of 246, 247, 248, 248.50, 249, 249.50, and 249.75 bids from the packers today in the North. They must have it stuck in their heads that if they pay $250, we blow through the ceiling and go to $400 or something. Either that, or the red ink they're back to working with has them feeling like a abused puppy. Just pay the $250 and move on already, it's the cattle business and we all lose money from time to time, just happens to be the packers turn this time. The board is trading $251.775 on the close and left the charts looking pretty healthy. If they don't pay the $250 now, we're just gonna sell the June and trade the likely better basis next week. WTF and FFS, hurry up and get it over with like we pushed through the painted Easter eggs. The longer you drag it out the worse it gets. Have a good weekend.
